Leaving Myseum
We allow general admission customers to come and go through out the day.  Sometimes you need to take the little ones home for a nap or go out to get some lunch or dinner.  Afterwards, you can come back in to play.  We even allow you to bring in lunch or dinner.  Before you leave, just pick up a sticker and use the sticker to get back in.  We have found giving out stickers can ease the pain of leaving Myseum.

Bathrooms & Conveniences
Myseum has two sets of bathrooms.  Each one has a changing table to make life easier.

Clean Environment
Myseum works hard to keep exhibits clean and sanitized.  We use Swisher products to get the job done.  Having a Germ-Free enviornment for your children to play in is our Top Priority.

About Crowds
Myseum may get crowded and during those times, we reserve the right to limit the number of families who enter.  Our concerns are for safety and that each visitor has enough room to enjoy their play.

We have a small retail shop that sells snacks, drinks, T-shirts and all sorts of fun unique toys.

Myseum’s Rules

• Adults must supervise their children at all times. 
• Everyone is encouraged to use caution.  Particular caution should be taken on: stairs, ladders, slides, rock work, inflatables and in the Seaweed Swamp.  Playing and learning is sometimes associated with risk; adults assume all risks while at Myseum.
• Myseum want everyone to have a great time, but management has the right to eject any individual or group for rowdy, disruptive or unsafe behavior.
• Please remember your Socks!  They are required to play on the slide and on the inflatables.

We want everyone to have a safe visit – what’s fun and appropriate for one child might be too risky for another.  Please use your judgment when deciding which activities are right for your child.

 Food and Drink Policy

Myseum allows outside food and drink, but limits food, drink and gum to stay in the general seating area.  Adults are allowed to take covered beverages into the play area as long as they are responsible with their drink and trash.

Myseum does not allow birthday cake, cupcakes, party food or party items in the general seating area.  These items are limited to the reserved party rooms.

 Who can play in the Toddler Inflatable?
The Toddler Inflatable is restricted to children below 38 inches.  Older brother and sisters can visit and play with their younger brother and sister in the toddler area, but are not allowed on the inflatable.  Responsible adults can assist the kids on the inflatable.

Stroller Policy
Myseum allows strollers through out the space, however, we ask that you keep the strollers out of the main walk areas.  Strollers can be parked in the coatroom.
